Innovations that can be seen immidiately. Our R&D department works closely together with our Prototype Construction Unit.

Service range

We are currently working on projects of mechanical and electromechanical medical devices. We can test these projects and make prototypes in our in-house workshop. We employ techniques commonly used in the production of biomedical tools. Cooperation with the laboratory enables us to draw attention to the aspects important for biological evaluation.

Our service range includes:

  • Creation of the components of the prototype

  • Implementation of the prototype to production

The detailed scope of services offered:

  • Designing the device in 3D CAD

    We design the device from concept to technical documentation in a 3D CAD environment - such as Solid Edge. We create a detailed design of every element of the device.

  • Creation of the components of the prototype

    With our own workshop we can construct components and build prototypes using conventional and modern technologies, e.g. milling, EDM, CNC milling, laser beam welding.

  • Construction of the prototype

    When building a prototype we use the machines from our workshop. Technologies used: conventional turning and milling, WEDM, EDM, CNC milling, TIG welding, laser beam welding.

  • Testing the prototype

    Testing the prototype of the product and its components shall be carried out in conditions as close as possible to the operating conditions.

  • Implementation of the prototype to production

    Positive evaluation of results of all tests and trials of the prototype and a positive evaluation of the customer enables us to implement a new product for mass production. Implementation to production is associated with the end of the prototyping stage, which consists of a number of actions.

Additional services

Besides individual services we can offer complete supervision over the design process - from concept, through project, to the clinical trials.

We design medical devices in 3D CAD and create 2D technical documentation.
The next stage after the design of the device is the construction of the prototype (we have our own workshop). After checking the functionality of the prototype clinical trials are carried out.

After a positive assessment of studies, we proceed with the implementation of the device into production.
